1- Is this an official FCBarcelona Soccer Camp?

Yes, We are officially Licensed and authorized by FC Barcelona. We are under contract with FC Barcelona.

1. Cancelation & Refund policy

If a player reserves a place on the FCBarcelona Camp program and subsequently cancels, the following refund policy will apply: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to FCBarcelona Camp Admissions, Aragó 217, Pral. 2ª, 08007 Barcelona, Spain. Cancellations are effective on the date that FCBarcelona Camp receives written notification.

There will be no refunds for players who voluntarily cancel for any reason from a FCBarcelona Camp program, nor will there be any refund for a player who is asked to leave a program for the use of drugs or alcohol, non-notification of a serious medical condition, or gross disobedience of the rules of the program (decisions which are at the sole discretion of FCBarcelona Camp). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for players who suffer an injury during the program.


There is a non-compulsory cancellation protection option that you can request upon registration, if selected, the extra cost will be added to the full payment (150€ for camp session). You can acquire either full refund or partial refund. Cancellation protection can only be purchased at the time of the registration; after that, it will no longer be available

You can acquire either full refund or partial refund:

– Full refund: Cancellations received via email more than 30 days prior the camp start.

– Partial Refund: 50% cancellations received via email from 30 days to 10 days prior camp start.

– No refunds will be processed 10 days prior the camp start.


1- When and where participants have to arrive/departure?
  • FCBCamp Session 1 (2 weeks): July 2nd – July 14th

Airport arrival/Departure:
Arrival to Barcelona airport on July 2nd (from 8 am to 2 pm)
Departure from Barcelona airport on July 14th (from 8 am to 2 pm)

Personal drop off/Pick up:
Arrival to Barcelona Residence on July 2nd (from 3 to 6 pm)
Departure from Barcelona Residence on July 14th (from 9 to 11 am)

  • FCBCamp Session 2 (1 week) · July 15th · July 21st

Airport arrival/Departure:
Arrival to Barcelona airport on July 15th (from 8 am to 2 pm)
Departure from Barcelona airport on  July 21st (from 8 am to 2 pm)

Personal drop off/Pick up:
Arrival to Barcelona Residence on July 15th (from 3 to 6 pm)
Departure from Barcelona Residence on July 21st (from 9 to 11 am)

  • FCBCamp Session 3 (2 weeks) · July 22nd – August 3rd

Airport arrival/Departure:
Arrival to Barcelona airport on Sunday, July 22nd (from 8 am to 2 pm)
Departure from Barcelona airport on Friday, August 3rd (from 8 am to 2 pm)
Personal drop off/Pick up:
Arrival to Barcelona Residence on Sunday, July 22nd (from 3 to 6 pm)
Departure from Barcelona Residence on Friday, August 3rd (from 9 to 11 am)

First and last day are arrival and departure day, no training will be available those dates.

2- How do you manage an underage traveling?

When you purchase the airline ticket you have to specify to the airline that there will be and underage traveling alone and they will get you the details on what to do. There is an extra airline charge for this service; you must pay the full amount for the round trip.

We will facilitate you the needed information on the adult who will pick up the participant at the airport in order to facilitate the information to the airline.

3- How does the airport transfer work? What if the arrival is after the set schedule?

All the participants are pick up at the airport unless specificity by the family members. In that case, there is a personal drop off option at the residence. We will need all the flight information at least two weeks before the event starts in order to organize airport transfers.  There is a set schedule for the arrivals, if your flight arrives late in the afternoon an extra fee will be charged.

4- Do I need a visa?

No visa is required for UE, US or Canada passport holders, for a stay up to three months. If you are not of the mentioned countries, please contact the Embassy or Consulate of Spain in your country regarding visa requirements.

5- Do you offer special fees for flights?

No, it’s is cheaper than you search for your own flights.

6- Do I need inoculations?

No, inoculations are required when traveling between Europe, the United States or Canada and Spain.

7- How much money should I give to my child?

No money is necessary for the camp development. We recommend just money for soft drinks, souvenirs and miscellaneous.

8- Do I need to get insurance?

We do process a basic insurance for participants but we strongly encourage you to purchase cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance to protect against financial loss from unforeseen accidents, illness, and/or loss of baggage.


1- How is the accommodation? How do you assign the rooms?

Double rooms to be shared with other participants with in suite bathroom.

The rooms will be assigned by ages.

2- Are the bathroom and lavatory located in each bedroom?

Yes, full-equipped bathrooms are located at the same bedroom.

3- Are sheets/pillows provided by the residence?

The residence provides towels (changed twice a week) and sheets/pillows that are changed once a week.

4- Is there internet access for children to send email to their parents?

The residence has computers available for the kids and there is Wifi available on the whole residence. However, we will assign a specific period to use Internet and a counselor will be around to check on the participants.

5- How about the meals at the residence?

Participants will have all meals at the residence. All meals have two choices for first and second course. Special diet if specified by parents.

6- Where can participants leave their values?

We strongly recommend not bringing valuable items; even like that they can be left either on a safe deposit or camp coordinator or tutor.

7- Are parents allowed to visit during camp?

Parents can visit participants at the residence under previous notice and in a specific schedule but we don’t recommend this options unless is strictly necessary.


1- Where do the trainings take place?

The training sessions take place at FCBarcelona Official Training Facilities.

2- How do you set up the practice groups on the first day?

At the very beginning participants will be separated by age but during the first two days the coaches will move them around depending on their skills.

3- The practice field, is it natural grass or artificial turf?

Artificial turf.

4- Where do participants get their lunch? Can they buy extra snacks?

Lunch will be held at the residence and we don’t recommend participants to get extra-snacks.

5- Are parents allowed to visit during training?

Parents can visit training sessions if they don’t interfere in the process of the program. There is a specific day assigned to attend to the training sessions. Due to the club’s security reasons we will ask for personal information before visiting date.

6- What is the ratio coach/players?

1 FCBarcelona Coach for every 10-12 players.


1- What other activities are besides training?

The camp counselors will run night activities and during the weekend we will have day trips, stadium tours, city tours, etc…

2- What language coaches and counselors will speak?

English and Spanish.

3- Are cell phones allowed all the time during camp?

Cell phones have to be left at the residence with the counselor. No cellphones will be allowed during training. Phones can be used on their free time in the afternoon.

4- When is the best time to call?

We strongly recommend you to call during participants’ free time that is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Spanish time.

5- How can I contact the camp staff?

You can call the office anytime. We will provide you with the contact numbers you will need to reach the camp staff. For emergencies see below.

6- Are any forbidden items at camp?

Alcohol, drugs and tobacco are strictly forbidden during camp.

7- How do you manage a participant misbehavior?

Participants must respect the other participants and camp staff and follow the daily planning of the camp and rules. Any serious misbehavior will be subject to immediate expulsion. Parent or Guardian will be immediately notified and will have to purchase the return ticket.

8- What qualifications and checks do your coaches and staff have?

All coaches and staff members are qualified and have been checked by the Spanish Criminal Records Bureau. FCBarcelona Camp is committed to the safety and welfare of all children attending our camps and has a Child Protection Policy in place.
